Returns & Replacements

Though we try our utmost to ensure excellent quality control, sometimes things can go wrong. If you have received a product that is not fit for purpose i.e. faulty, then we will replace or refund you. Just email us at 

Ordering & Payment

This should be very simple. Just add your chosen products to basket and hit checkout when you are done. You can pay through Paypal, don't worry - you don't need a Paypal account. This is a safe and secure way to pay via card transaction. 

Lost Orders

We use Royal Mail to send your order out, which is usually a very reliable way of getting your order to you. However, sometimes orders can go missing in the post. In this case we ask you to wait at least 2 weeks before contacting us as it may well show up. If your order hasn't arrived contact us at and we'll send it out again.
